I needed to sell my late Mother’s house long distance from across the country. I interviewed a few agents and had them come up with a set of comparables and a sales price. Dan was right on target while the other’s undervalued Mom’s home. We needed an estate sale to clear it out, then someone to clear out what did not sell, Dan handled it all for me. He held an open house the first week it was listed and we got multiple offers within 48 hours, almost all above the asking price and we took the highest offer. The appraisal came in right where Dan expected it to. I could not have asked for anything more. We even closed a day early. Dan and his team are the best, I highly recommend him. Maybe some day I will get to meet him! LoL

"We had to do a lot of work our house before we could sell. Unfortunately, we were relocating and had to leave before some of the work was completed. Dan was very helpful in checking in our house and giving us status updates. He stayed very involved throughout the whole process. Dan and Nanci gave us great advice on what we should focus on and helped get our house staged and photographed.The open house was very successful, and our house was sold within four days with two above asking offers. Dan stayed in close communication throughout the whole process. We felt that his advice was right on point through every step of the way. We would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to buy or sell in the Fresno/Clovis area. We really felt that they were honest and always looking out for our best interests."

"Dan and Nancy Hawkins were absolutely fabulous to work with. They were the listing agent for the property we purchased as well as our agents on the buying side. The transaction was very simple and straightforward. Whenever I called with a question Dan ALWAYS answered his phone. The property was in Shaver which is an hour away, and Dan was great at accommodating us when we wanted to go up and take measurements or show our family, he even helped us move some items! Now that's going above and beyond!! Great agents!!"

"At first we very much hesitated hiring a Fresno agent since it was so far from our home. Luckily we had him over and we were very much impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of the area, his years of experience and presentation. All that won us over. Now that was over, lets see what he does! He absolutely knows the market and will recommend what he thinks it should sell for. But no the seller wanted more. So he, knowing I was wrong, said OK will try it your way. It did not work. Never said I told you so. We went right back to Dan's estimated price and it sold in a few days. When can you say about Dan. You will have a ball working with him, you will continuously laugh and the process will be very easy. We would hire him again and recommend him to anyone. We love Dan."
